Amazonas Jewel is a vibrant and fruit-forward Peruvian single-origin coffee from the highlands of the Amazonas region.
This light-medium roast opens with a rich chocolate aroma followed by juicy notes of ripe apple, plum and pineapple. Its smooth body, bright fruit character and long-lasting finish create a lively, expressive cup that remains beautifully balanced.
The coffee undergoes washed processing with a controlled 12–18 hour fermentation, helping preserve its clean structure and vibrant fruit complexity.
