Jasmine Skies is an expressive and aromatic Ethiopian single-origin coffee from the renowned Sidama region.
This light roast offers vibrant fruit-forward complexity with notes of ripe berries, stone fruit and jasmine-like florals. Its wine-like depth and clean finish highlight the extraordinary character of Ethiopia’s indigenous heirloom coffee varieties.
The coffee is naturally processed, with the whole cherries carefully dried on raised beds for 16 days. This traditional method encourages rich fruit sweetness while preserving the coffee’s clarity and delicate floral aromatics.
